Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of your Diet.AI purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. No justification is required — simply contact us from the email address used for the purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@infowallet-us.com with the subject "Refund request", including your purchase email, the order or receipt number, and the purchase date. You may also use the Contact Us form on this website.

3. Processing time

We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. After a refund

When a refund is issued, your license to use Diet.AI ends and access to the application may be revoked. You may request deletion of your account data at the same time.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

• requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless required by applicable consumer law;
• purchases made through a third-party app store, which are subject to that store's own refund process;
• accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or breach of the Terms of Use;
• duplicate refund requests for an order that has already been refunded.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
